Introduction

H2Oh.Marketing, LLC specializes in fundraising direct response marketing for small to medium sized nonprofit organizations. We are your Marketing team that helps manage the marketing process in three simple steps while utilizing affordable freelance talent from those specializing in the nonprofit voice. We make it oh so easy for you.

Our services are obtained in 2 phases:

No need to drink though the water hose. We will collect and  review your analysis to help define your campaign or annual strategy. 

Strategy into Creative

A creative team who is passionate about the causes that matter to you are assigned to your account. Each have that special style that is perfect for your philanthropic voice.

Implementation

There are cost savings to knowing the production and costs ahead of time; therefore, we ensure we are maximizing efficiency for you. We have a resource library of great suppliers/vendors. We develop the instructions, review the vendor proofs, and more. Think of it as your Project Managers to ensure it is done right and on-time. We box up your campaign and ship it out to sail.

About Us

We are a network of talent who specialize in fundraising nonprofit direct marketing in the areas of online and offline direct response marketing. We are not an agency and do not have expensive overhead; therefore, we provide low costs to you by being freelancers who work full-time elsewhere. Your team is matched up based on your mission and our personal and professional experiences. We do what we do because we genuinely care about nonprofit causes.

Your Strategist

You will be assigned a strategist who has ample experience within your nonprofit’s mission. He/she will evaluate your current and past analysis and help define a strategic direction to your direct response fundraising marketing program and how it integrates with ALL marketing, communication and public relations. The program is designed to grow your profitability over the years ahead and support the entire donor journey.

Your Crew

We pull together a team that has a personal passion for your cause; they have the right skill and price to meet your needs. Our network includes freelance writers, designers, social specialists and developers, as well as, vendors in the areas of print and production shops, deployment services, list acquisition services and so much more. We will orchestrate all services and communication for you while providing you updates as needed.

Your Managers

Once the plan has been set and the vendors are selected, the Campaign Manager collectively identifies the timeline and helps everyone to stay on track. We use simple project management systems that integrate with your own. Being a freelancer too, you have huge cost savings having someone to orchestrate the process without big agency fees that cover big agency overhead. In many cases, your Strategist may also be your Campaign Manager.

Leadership Team

Wonder where the name H2Oh comes from? Here it is, Hamilton #1 and Hamilton #2. Yes, they are married. They met in 2000 while organizing a huge food drive. Rob was a Promotions Director for a radio station cluster and Elizabeth was in Development at a Regional Food Bank. Over the years, their careers paralleled in many ways. Rob became a leader in digital marketing within the radio industry while Elizabeth became a leader in the nonprofit direct response marketing industry. Needless to say, they have built a network of great relationships of very talented people.
